Stephen Decatur high jumper wins state championship BERLIN — Stephen Decatur sophomore Lucas Duker claims that he has no vertical jump, but his perceived lack of hops didn’t hold the high jumper back from winning the 3A state title at the Maryland Public Secondary School Athletic Association indoor track championship meet last week.Duker tied a personal best during the state meet inside of the PG Sports Complex, clearing a bar set at 6 feet to win the title.
