The Paint Branch freshman is second among Maryland freshman girls in the 55 hurdles and tied for first in the high jump. She will be competing in the hurdles at the state championships; she ranks third in the 4A classification in the event. Dunbar could join Cierra Pyles (8.43 in 2014-15) as the only freshmen to go under 8.50 in the event in the past decade.
