For the girls, Katherine Strong from the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart tops our list as the number one seed for the 2021 Montgomery County Private School XC Championships. Strong has had multiple top 5 performances all season long. Her most notable performance was at the 2021 Maryland XC Invitational where Strong finished first with a time of 18:44.00. She also had an impressive 2-mile time from the Stone Ridge, Field, Barrie Tri-meet with a time of 11:10.93. For the rest of the top 3, it seems as if Holton-Arms' Ella Moore could be second after a first-place finish and 5K PR of 20:14.46 from the I-270 Rush Hour Rumble. For the third spot, another athlete from the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, Maria DiBari, could join the ranks after a 5K time of 20:19.00 from the 2021 Maryland XC Invitational.

Regarding the team title, it seems likely that the Holton-Arms girls could take home the top honors with a possible 32 points. The runner-up could be the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, led by Strong, with 40 points. The third team could be the Sandy Spring Friends team with 87 points.

On the boys side, it seems likely that Landon's Asim Hakim-Florian could be the champion. Hakin-Florian became our number one seed after a sixth-place finish at 5K PR of 16:47.00 at the 2021 Maryland XC Invitational. The runner-ups for the individual title could be Georgetown Preparatory's Jack Sullivan (17:41.65) and Teddy Kavanagh (17:45.20) coming in at second and third, respectively.

For the team scores portion, it could be a battle between the Landon boys, Georgetown Preparatory boys, and St. Andrew's Episcopal boys. However, it could be Landon, led by Hakin-Florian, that gets the upper hand with a possible 51 points with Georgetown Preparatory following very close behind with 53 points. The third-runner up could be St. Andrew's Episcopal with a possible 54.5 points.
