2022 Top Returning 1A Boys

It's never too early to start previewing cross-country runners, teams, and classifications! Throughout the summer MileSplit Maryland will provide articles on the top returning runners and teams for each classification and each county/conference. We will also provide state-wide power rankings as the season gets closer! For now, let's start with the 1A returning boys.
