Top Returners: 2022 Maryland 2A Girls Cross Country Runners

The battle for the girl's 2A championship will be fierce as multiple girls come into the season with sold Cross Country and Track PRs. Estelle Snider from Hereford leads all returners with an 18:51 5k but her sister Sylvia is right on her heels at 19:02. Sara van Ornum (Kent Island) and Frankie Moore (Oakland Mills), both of who are pictured above, had extremely successful outdoor track seasons as they each took home an individual state championship and should be in the mix in the fall!
