Editors Note: The rankings are subjective based on 2021 XC performance and 2022 Outdoor track performance. There was not a lot of weight given to last year's Indoor season due to the covid limitations, lack of opportunity for athletes to compete, and the State Championships being held at the Baltimore Armory.
