2023 MPSSAA Indoor Track State Auto-Qualifying Standards

As the MPSSAA Regional Championship meets are quickly approaching we wanted to post the qualifying standards that will earn you a trip to the State Championships.

There are two ways to qualify for states. If you finish in the top 4 in your event at Regionals, you will automatically qualify. The second way is if you finish 5th or worse, but hit the qualifying standard below, then you will also qualify. You must run that time (or hit that mark) AT the Regional meet. It does not count if you hit the time earlier in the season.

There are two sets of qualifying standards; one for Regional meets at the PG Complex, and another for Regional meets held at the Baltimore Amory or Hagerstown Community College, since those tracks are considerably slower than PG.
