Outlook: Leonardtown will look to capitalize on a few former 4A teams dropping down to 3A and will be one of the preseason favorites for the 4A title. They should also be the favorite for the SMAC Championship as well!

Outlook: The Bulldogs are coming off one of their best seasons in recent years as they won the 4A west title and were runner-ups at the 4A state championships. With Severna Park dropping down to 3A they will look to improve 1 place and take home a state crown. They lost two strong runners in La and Encinas to graduation but still return a strong core that can average under 17 minutes for 5k. Look for them to place high in all meets this year.
