Key Returners - Victoria Ketzler and Charlotte Chang
Outlook - Wootton was the best team in the state last year. They won every meet they went to with the expectation of states, where they had an off day and finished 3rd. Odds are they will want a little revenge for that day and they return a solid group of girls to make that happen. They also move down to 3A which will be a very tough classification this year with Severna Park and Northern Calvert. Victoria Ketzler had a very strong spring track season running under 5 minutes for the 1600 and will look to lead the team this year!

Key Returners - Caroline Gregory and Juliana Brawner
Outlook - Frederick returns a very strong team this year and will be the favorite to win the 4A Classification. They move up this year from 3A last year and some of the top teams like Severna Park and Wootton will be moving down. Caroline Gregory showed last year that she is one of the top runners in the state and they bring back their varsity team so they will have a lot of experience heading into the season!
