This weekend one of the biggest meets to happen in the Southeast takes place. Teams from over the southeast travel to McAlpine Park to race in the Wendy's Invitational. The first Varsity race takes place at 9am with the Open Girls race. NCRunners.com has provided a preview of each Varsity race, highlighting key individuals and teams to watch.
Also the SAT will take place as well. There has been plenty of debate over this issue and NCRunners.com briefly highlights this point and comes up with a proposal in hopes of finding a solution.
