3A West Region Top 100 XC Boys Returnees

A list of the top 100 fastest returning boys cross country runners in the 3A West Regional. South Hagerstown's Darren Harman may appear 5th fastest on the list below, but put together a strong track season lowering his 3200 PR down to 9:49 with a 6th place finish the 3A state outdoor race.
