Calvert Hall dominated the Barnhart Invite early in the season. Ever since that win, there has been no doubt about who the top team in Maryland was. Their depth is so impressive they sent their B team to the MD Private State Championships, and still won! They bring back multiple varsity runners and look to be a top Maryland team for years to come.
Towson easily secured the #2 spot as they dominated the 3A State Championship, easily beating #6 Centennial High. They too bring back multiple Varsity runners and look to be a top contender in the State next year as well.
Poolesville jumps to #3 as they won the 2A State Championship and beat Severna Park in the Merged results by 77 points.
Chopticon rejoins the list at #10 as they finished second in 3A and 7th in the Merge.
