Pharist O'Neal won a total of 6 individual state titles at C.H. Flowers including a back to back sweep of the outdoor 4A state titles in the 100 and 200 meter dash in 2016 and 2017. 

It's still just the first week of April, but some runners are emerging as clear threats to defending 4A state champions.

The 2016-17 indoor track season has come to an end, but before we move on to the spring season, we reveal our selections for the Maryland girls first, second and third teams!
