Andrew Forsyth (Severna Park, Sr.)
Andrew Forsyth looks lo lead the 3-time defending Maryland 4A state champions from Severna Park this fall, while also legitimately showcasing himself as one of the state's top individual runners. Forsyth's first opportunity to become his team's front runner comes in his final cross country season as a senior after making huge strides of improvement during his junior year to clock new personal best times of 4:24 for 1600 meters, 9:32 for 3200 meters, and 15:17 for 5K. His 15:17 performance posted on the track at the Seahawk Invite in March is the fastest PR among all runners returning within the state of Maryland. Forsyth won last year's 4A East Regional cross county title and gained valuable experience competing nationally at the Nike Cross Nationals (105th place).
