For the Girls Varsity Race, Mount De Sales' Juliette Whittaker won, as expected, with a blistering time of 18:21.01. Whittaker had an astonishing lead of almost two minutes. She was eventually followed by McDonogh's Mary Gorsky. Gorsky finished second with a time of 20:10.08. In third was Archbishop Spalding's Grace Doerschner with a time of 20:32.39. Behind her was Bryn Mawr's Fiona Santos with a time of 20:54.02. To round out the podium was another McDonogh athlete. Sophia Bredar became the fifth-place finisher with a time of 21:13.42.

After placing four of their top runners within the top 10, the McDonogh (35 points) girls, led by Gorsky and Bredar, walked away with the time title. Maryvale Prep followed in second with 80 points. Notre Prep came in third with 82 points.
