MPSSAA Maryland XC Regional Championships - 16 Regions
All 16 Regional Championship meets will take place on Thursday, November 3rd. MileSplit has all of the coverage and analysis for all 16 regions below. For each region, we will list how many teams are likely to qualify along with which teams and individuals are the favorites.

Note: The qualifying process for States changed this year. The number of teams that qualify is no longer based on the number of teams entered, but on the number of complete teams (5 runners) at the starting line on race day. This will result in fewer teams qualifying for the State championships, especially in the 1A and 2A fields. We have gone through each Region and listed the "Likely" number of teams that will qualify based on how many athletes have run for schools this year, but that number is unofficial and will be determined by each Meet Director on race day.
